Refund and Return Policy

Nutroz Refund and Return Policy within 30 days of purchase.

You have 30 days after purchasing your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items. To qualify for a refund all items must be in the same condition you received them. Email: customerservice@nutroz.com(subject line: RMA) or call +1 (888) 708-7876 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of purchasing your order. Place the nutroz device inside its original shipping box and mail it to the following address: Red Stag Fulfillment Attn: Puro Canada Inc. 5530 Island River Drive, Knoxville, TN 37914. Return shipping will not be refunded. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will, at the discretion of the Company, either be returned to sender (at sender’s expense) or not mailed back. In either case, no refund will be issued. Purchases that meet this Return and Refund Policy will be refunded back to the original method of payment. A 5% non-negotiable restocking fee plus any associated return freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.
