We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Indiana or U.S Territories. Orders must ship to a single address. You will have to place multiple orders if you wish to ship to additional addresses.

Shipping errors & disputes
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. If you enter and confirm an order with the wrong shipping address and fail to notify us before the order is packaged and shipped, you will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is packed and scanned for pickup you will automatically receive confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Damages
Puro Canada Inc. is not liable for any products delayed, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly at customerservice@nutroz.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Nutroz Refund and Return Policy within 15 days of receipt
To qualify for a refund all items must be in the same condition you received them.
Email: customerservice@nutroz.com (subject line: RMA) or call +1 (888) 708-7876 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of receiving your order.
Place the nutroz device inside its original shipping box and mail it to the following address: Red Stag Fulfillment Attn: Puro Canada Inc. 5530 Island River Drive, Knoxville, TN 37914
Return shipping will not be refunded.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package.
Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will, at the discretion of the Company, either be returned to sender (at sender’s expense) or not mailed back. In either case, no refund will be issued.
Purchases that meet this Return and Refund Policy will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
A 5% non-negotiable restocking fee plus any associated return freight charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.
